Instructor: Asako Judson Class: Rolled sushi and miso soup Wednesday/September 23rd/4:30pm-6:00pm/Ages 5-14/$50 Kids will learn how to make their own sushi rolls using cucumber, avocados, imitation crab, sesame seeds, and cook Japanese Tamago-yaki omelet. They will also prepare a hearty vegetable miso soup. It is easy and fun hands-on class.

Instructor: Asako Judson Class: Kids Pad Thai Class Wednesday/October 21st/4:30pm-6:00pm/Ages 5-14/$50 Learn to make Pat Thai from scratch! Mix your own sauce and customize the flavors to create a delicious rice noodle dish with egg, tofu and fresh vegetables.

Instructor: Asako Judson Class: Kids Snowball Cookies & Origami Gift Box Wednesday/November 18th/4:30pm-6:00pm/Ages 5-14 In this hands-on class, kids will bake cookies from scratch, then fold an origami gift box to package their homemade treat. They'll learn basic baking skills and simple paper holding for a special homemade gift to share. (We use walnuts in this class)
