Welcome, vendors! This page contains everything you need for our Community Market, including a space to upload your logo, product list, and company name for advertising and marketing. You'll also find important details on Board of Health requirements for selling consumable products and a day-of setup timeline to ensure a smooth experience. Get ready for a fantastic summer!

Advertising and Marketing
The Roudenbush Community Center has a bi weekly newsletter that is distributed to over 10,000 emails from September to June and a weekly Market Newsletter that is distributed in July and August to promote the weekly Community Market. The Facebook pages of The Roudenbush Community Center as well as our LinkedIn page, and Instagram account will all be utilized to promote the Market and your goods. Westford CAT, Action Unlimited, Westford Friends and Neighbors Publication, as well as multiple social media pages and groups will also be used to promote the Market.
Vendor Eligibility
The Markets are for small businesses, artisans and craftspeople to sell anything they grow, make, bake, or create from scratch. Vendors must offer products for sale to the Market attendees, something they can walk home with in their hands. If you sell a service or home renovation product or are looking to promote a business please see the Market Sponsorship application. If you have a questions about your eligibility please contact Roudenbush.
Non Profit Vendor Eligibility
We welcome local non profits to come and share their mission and how they help the Westford Community. Please contact Roudenbush to inquire about your space!
Spring and Fall Markets allow for an 8'x8' space inside our building and a 12' x 12' space is allotted for the Community Market at Abbot School Lawn. All spaces are $35 per week with discounts offered for multi week purchases. Your space in the building will be assigned to you.. *Must be purchased in advance we will not be accepting checks and or cash on site the day of the Market.
All sales are final, please ensure you are eligible to sell your products with the Westford Board of Health before applying for a spot(for food and body care items).
Once your application is approved, the Market Manager send invoice for payment.
