Board Members

Leanna Moran - Co-Chair

Leanna has worked as a leader in the health care and health insurance industries for the last 15 years.  She is a licensed clinical social worker, and currently directs a Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly in Lowell, MA.  Leanna is a mother of three, all Roudenbush students, and enjoys giving back to her community.



Christin Haley - Co-Chair

Christin joined the Board in 2016. As a working mother of two school-aged girls, she enjoys giving back to the community from which she has already received so much. Christin has a legal and finance background and works for a large financial services firm in Boston.


Lisa Cohen - Board Member

Lisa joined the Board in 2013. Prior to that, she has fundraised, taught, and passionately promoted Roudenbush throughout the community. She has a degree in Human Services and is co-owner of Aunties Sweet Shop based out of Westford. Lisa is a girl scout leader to 2 troops, and volunteers for many organizations. 

Mary Yao - Board Member

Mary joined the Board in 2006, has a degree in interior design, and is very active in the Westford Community by also volunteering her time with Boy Scouts, Venture Scouts, and many other town events.  Her  two children, son and daughter, also went to preschool at Roudenbush.





Heidi Ferolito - Board Member

Heidi has a passion for bringing people together, love for her two young children and joined the Board in 2018. She brings with her more than 15 years of Human Resources experience from the telecommunications, hospitality and travel industries.  Her love of gymnastics and coaching experience is a plus!

Denise LeGrow - Vice Chair

Denise joined the Board in 2018. She brings over 20 years of marketing and communications experience, and currently works for a leisure travel company in the e-commerce division. A Westford resident for the past 16 years, Denise welcomes the opportunity to give back to the Roudenbush community. She is a mom of two, and enjoys volunteering her time at the elementary schools her children attend in town.

The mission of The Roudenbush Community Center, Inc. (TRCCI) is to bring enrichment to INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, and COMMUNITIES in an inviting environment where there is always something new and exciting to explore. TRCCI seeks to collaborate with area businesses, community organizations, and local government in order to develop and deliver relevant programs and services for all to enjoy.
