Instructor: WCAT Class: News academy Wednesdays/Oct 7th-Nov 4th/5:00pm-7:00pm/Ages 14-18/$185 Guided by WestfordCAT’s on-staff journalists, students will write articles that will appear on our website and in our newspaper. In addition, they will collaborate to produce a news show while learning basic technical and studio-related skills. By the end of the week, students will have written at least one published article and participated in the production of a news show. Instructor: Asako Judson Class: Rolled sushi and miso soup Wednesday/September 23rd/4:30pm-6:00pm/Ages 5-14/$50 Kids will learn how to make their own sushi rolls using cucumber, avocados, imitation crab, sesame seeds, and cook Japanese Tamago-yaki omelet. They will also prepare a hearty vegetable miso soup. It is easy and fun hands-on class.
