Starting a new school year is an exciting milestone, but for many children—especially kindergarteners and first-time bus riders—it can also bring a few butterflies. At Roudenbush, we want to help make that first day feel a little more familiar and a lot more fun!

Join us for our School Age Program Open House & Popsicle Social, AUGUST 13th from 4pm to 6pm at 65 Main Street Westford! Roudenbush Community Center) for a relaxed, family-friendly event where you can explore everything our School Age Program has to offer while helping your child feel confident about the transition back to school. One of the biggest highlights of the event is the opportunity for kindergarteners and children who are new to riding the bus to climb aboard the big yellow school bus. Kids can take a seat, look around, meet our staff, and get comfortable with what their daily ride will be like before the first day of school. Sometimes, seeing the bus ahead of time is all it takes to turn first-day nerves into excitement!

While the kids enjoy a refreshing popsicle, parents can meet our School Age team, ask questions, tour the program, and learn more about our flexible before and after school care. Whether your child loves games, creative activities, quiet homework time, or spending time with friends, our program provides a safe, welcoming environment where every child can learn, play, and grow. Enroll for our after school program that day and we will waive your registration fee! ($150 savings)

This event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other families, meet the staff who will be caring for your child throughout the school year, and start the year feeling prepared and confident.
