Service Description

Class: Learn Guitar & Have Fun Doing It! Instructor: Bryan Roy Mondays/April 6th - June 1st/12:00pm - 1:00pm (but flexible)/Adults & Seniors/$200 9 Weeks Time can be flexible anywhere between 12:00pm and 4:00pm for a 1-hour session. Call (978) 496 1707 x102 Beginners and Intermediates Welcome! An introduction to the joy of playing the guitar in a relaxed setting. Students will learn how to read “Tablature” which shows you where to place your fingers on the strings using numbers and lines, making it much simpler than learning how to read traditional sheet music. You’ll be able to play a simple melody before the end of the first class! Students will also learn basic chords which opens the door to playing your favorite songs no matter your musical taste. I began learning guitar around age eleven through private lessons and countless garage bands throughout my teens and early twenties. I earned my associates degree in Audio Engineering in the mid-nineties while continuing to improve my playing and songwriting skills. When my daughter began elementary school my interest shifted to teaching as I became more involved with Chorus and Music Classes. I’ve recently struck out on my own after four years of teaching at another guitar school.
