Instructor: Ms. Kim Class: Toddler Gymnastics Session: January/February Date: Wednesdays January 7th - February 25th ***NO CLASS 2/18*** Time: 9:50am - 10:35am Age: Walking to 3.5 Price: $140 Join us for an exciting toddler gymnastics class filled with the joys of winter! Caregivers and parents are encouraged to participate alongside their little ones in this interactive and engaging session. Session Themes: Winter Wonderland: Step into a magical Winter Wonderland! In this class, little gymnasts will explore a frosty landscape filled with fun activities. They’ll jump from snowflake mats, crawl through cozy igloos, and waddle like penguins. Through playful movements and imaginative games, children will enhance their coordination and balance while enjoying a winter-themed adventure. Join us for a snowy experience that’s sure to delight! Penguin's Adventure: Join us for a delightful Penguin's Adventure! Toddlers will hop on heart-shaped mats, slide down icy slopes, and engage in creative movement games. With soft penguin props and playful activities, your little ones will develop their agility and social skills in a warm, friendly environment. Let’s waddle our way to fun! Valentine’s Celebration: Love is in the air in our Valentine’s Celebration class! This week, we’ll embrace the spirit of friendship and caring while practicing our gymnastics skills. Little gymnasts will participate in heart-themed obstacle courses, toss soft heart bean bags, and engage in cooperative games that promote sharing and teamwork. With colorful decorations and cheerful music, this class will be a heartfelt way to express love for gymnastics and friends alike! I Love Gymnastics: Class Description: Let’s celebrate our passion for gymnastics in the "I Love Gymnastics" class! This energetic session will have toddlers exploring balance beams, practicing their best cartwheels, and showcasing their favorite gymnastics poses. Parent/Caregiver Participation: Throughout the class, parents and caregivers will actively participate alongside their toddlers, helping guide them through each activity with encouragement and support. This interactive approach not only enhances bonding but also ensures safety and enjoyment for everyone involved. Join Us! Policy & Procedures

WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATION POLICY: Our programs are supported entirely by participant fees; therefore, full refunds are not provided. If a participant withdraws at least 7 days prior to the program start date, a refund less a 25% processing fee will be issued. Withdrawals made fewer than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for events. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of a program will receive a 75% refund; no other refunds will be granted. If Roudenbush cancels a class, participants will be notified and issued a full refund or voucher. RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR MINOR: I/We, as the parent or legal guardian of a registered minor, consent to the child’s participation in The Roudenbush Community Center, Inc. (TRCCI) programs and use of TRCCI facilities and equipment. I/We agree to release and hold harmless TRCCI, its employees, agents, and assigns from any liability arising from participation in these programs. I/We further consent to emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness during program participation and accept financial responsibility for such treatment. PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSION: I/We consent to the taking of photographs and videos of my/our child for use in the promotion of TRCCI programs. BEHAVIOR POLICY: Children are expected to treat instructors, staff, peers, and the facility respectfully; use kind words; keep hands and feet to themselves; follow instructions; participate safely; remain in designated program areas; and use materials appropriately. Instructors address behavior concerns using a supportive, step-by-step approach that may include reminders, redirection, brief cool-down periods, parent or guardian communication, early pickup, or removal from future classes if behavior repeatedly impacts safety or learning. Refunds for removed participants will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A child may be removed immediately if behavior poses a danger to themselves, other participants, or staff. In these cases, the child will be brought to the Community Center’s main office and parents or guardians will be contacted for prompt pickup. Families play an important role by reviewing expectations with their child, sharing relevant information or accommodation needs, and remaining reachable during class times. Roudenbush welcomes children of all abilities and backgrounds and strives to provide reasonable accommodations to ensure a safe, fun & enriching experience for everyone.
