Instructor: Ms. Kim Class: Toddler Gymnastics Session: November/December Date: Tuesdays November 3rd - December 15th Time: 9:50am to 10:35am Age: Walking to 3.5 Price: $140 Join us for an exciting toddler gymnastics class filled with the joys of autumn! Caregivers and parents are encouraged to participate alongside their little ones in this interactive and engaging session. Session Themes: Leaves & Scarecrows: Step into the colorful world of fall with our “Leaves and Scarecrows” gymnastics class! This seasonal class is designed to celebrate the beauty of autumn through creative gymnastics activities that enhance coordination, balance, and strength. Children will enjoy a series of fun and engaging exercises inspired by the changing leaves and playful scarecrows of the season. Thankful Turkeys: Get ready to flap your wings and show your thanks in our festive "Thankful Turkeys" gymnastics class! This fun-filled class celebrates the spirit of Thanksgiving through creative gymnastics activities designed to promote physical skills, coordination, and teamwork. Children will engage in turkey-themed exercises that help build strength and balance while embracing the joy of the holiday season. Gingerbread: Celebrate the magic of the holiday season with our “Gingerbread Gymnastics” class! This enchanting class is designed to bring the festive joy of gingerbread to life through creative gymnastics activities that enhance coordination, strength, and balance. Children will delight in engaging exercises inspired by the whimsical world of gingerbread cookies and houses. Parent/Caregiver Participation: Throughout the class, parents and caregivers will actively participate alongside their toddlers, helping guide them through each activity with encouragement and support. This interactive approach not only enhances bonding but also ensures safety and enjoyment for everyone involved. Join Us! Policy & Procedures

WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATION POLICY: Our programs are supported entirely by participant fees; therefore, full refunds are not provided. If a participant withdraws at least 7 days prior to the program start date, a refund less a 25% processing fee will be issued. Withdrawals made fewer than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for events. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of a program will receive a 75% refund; no other refunds will be granted. If Roudenbush cancels a class, participants will be notified and issued a full refund or voucher. RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR MINOR: I/We, as the parent or legal guardian of a registered minor, consent to the child’s participation in The Roudenbush Community Center, Inc. (TRCCI) programs and use of TRCCI facilities and equipment. I/We agree to release and hold harmless TRCCI, its employees, agents, and assigns from any liability arising from participation in these programs. I/We further consent to emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness during program participation and accept financial responsibility for such treatment. PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSION: I/We consent to the taking of photographs and videos of my/our child for use in the promotion of TRCCI programs. BEHAVIOR POLICY: Children are expected to treat instructors, staff, peers, and the facility respectfully; use kind words; keep hands and feet to themselves; follow instructions; participate safely; remain in designated program areas; and use materials appropriately. Instructors address behavior concerns using a supportive, step-by-step approach that may include reminders, redirection, brief cool-down periods, parent or guardian communication, early pickup, or removal from future classes if behavior repeatedly impacts safety or learning. Refunds for removed participants will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A child may be removed immediately if behavior poses a danger to themselves, other participants, or staff. In these cases, the child will be brought to the Community Center’s main office and parents or guardians will be contacted for prompt pickup. Families play an important role by reviewing expectations with their child, sharing relevant information or accommodation needs, and remaining reachable during class times. Roudenbush welcomes children of all abilities and backgrounds and strives to provide reasonable accommodations to ensure a safe, fun & enriching experience for everyone.
