Service Description

Instructor: Ms. Kim Class: Toddler Gymnastics Session: March/April Date: Tuesdays March 3rd - April 14th Time: 10:00 to 10:45am Age: Walking to 3.5 Price: $140 Join us for an exciting toddler gymnastics class filled with the joys of winter! Caregivers and parents are encouraged to participate alongside their little ones in this interactive and engaging session. Session Themes: Dr. Seuss Week Join us as we tumble, jump, and balance our way through the wacky world of Dr. Seuss! Toddlers will follow the Cat in the Hat’s mischief on the balance beam, jump like Horton Hears a Who, and explore a colorful obstacle course filled with green eggs and ham! We’ll stretch and move in Seuss-inspired fun while encouraging big imaginations to soar through this fantastical week. Shamrocks & Shenanigans Week It’s time for some shamrock fun! This week, toddlers will leap like lucky leprechauns, crawl under “clovers,” and balance on rainbow paths. From the pot of gold roll to shamrock hopping, your little one will be giggling and moving in all kinds of Irish-inspired shenanigans. It’s a week full of magic, balance, and a whole lot of luck! Out of This World Week Blast off into outer space! This week, your toddler will jump like they’re on the moon, dodge asteroids, and roll through a cosmic obstacle course. Little astronauts will have a blast exploring the stars, learning gravity-defying moves, and stretching out their “alien” moves in a world where anything is possible. It’s a cosmic adventure that’s out of this world! Teddy Bear Picnic Week Bring your teddy bear along for a fun-filled gymnastics picnic! Toddlers will roll, jump, and crawl through fun teddy bear-themed activities like bear crawls and picnic blanket stretches. They’ll also get to practice balancing like a bear sitting still and toss their teddy bear friends into fun challenges. Policy & Procedures

WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATION POLICY: Our programs are supported entirely by participant fees; therefore, full refunds are not provided. If a participant withdraws at least 7 days prior to the program start date, a refund less a 25% processing fee will be issued. Withdrawals made fewer than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for events. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of a program will receive a 75% refund; no other refunds will be granted. If Roudenbush cancels a class, participants will be notified and issued a full refund or voucher. RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR MINOR: I/We, as the parent or legal guardian of a registered minor, consent to the child’s participation in The Roudenbush Community Center, Inc. (TRCCI) programs and use of TRCCI facilities and equipment. I/We agree to release and hold harmless TRCCI, its employees, agents, and assigns from any liability arising from participation in these programs. I/We further consent to emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness during program participation and accept financial responsibility for such treatment. PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSION: I/We consent to the taking of photographs and videos of my/our child for use in the promotion of TRCCI programs. BEHAVIOR POLICY: Children are expected to treat instructors, staff, peers, and the facility respectfully; use kind words; keep hands and feet to themselves; follow instructions; participate safely; remain in designated program areas; and use materials appropriately. Instructors address behavior concerns using a supportive, step-by-step approach that may include reminders, redirection, brief cool-down periods, parent or guardian communication, early pickup, or removal from future classes if behavior repeatedly impacts safety or learning. Refunds for removed participants will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A child may be removed immediately if behavior poses a danger to themselves, other participants, or staff. In these cases, the child will be brought to the Community Center’s main office and parents or guardians will be contacted for prompt pickup. Families play an important role by reviewing expectations with their child, sharing relevant information or accommodation needs, and remaining reachable during class times. Roudenbush welcomes children of all abilities and backgrounds and strives to provide reasonable accommodations to ensure a safe, fun & enriching experience for everyone.
