Instructor: Ms. Kim Class: Preschool Gymnastics Session: Fall Session 1 Date: Mondays September 14th - October 26th; 7 weeks (no class 10/12) Time: 10:50am - 11:35am Age: 3.5 to 4.5 years Price: $120 Welcome to our preschool gymnastics class where we embark on an exciting journey through the vibrant colors and playful themes of fall. Children will explore the wonders of the season through gymnastics activities designed to enhance coordination, balance, and creativity. Session Themes: Apples! Apples!: We'll begin our adventure in an imaginary apple orchard. Preschoolers will crawl through tunnels like they're exploring beneath apple trees and balance on low beams as they reach for imaginary apples. They'll also practice rolling like apples down soft mats. Fall Fun: Next, we'll visit a fall festival! Children will hop over colorful mats like they're jumping from one pumpkin to the next. They'll roll like pumpkins down inclined mats and jump into leaf piles made of soft, colorful shapes. Obstacle courses will include climbing over pumpkin-shaped obstacles and crawling through hay bale tunnels. Pumpkin Patch Party: Our journey continues to a lively pumpkin patch. Preschoolers will practice balancing on squishy balls as they pretend to carry pumpkins. They'll crawl through tunnels and climb over soft obstacles, just like exploring a real patch. Halloween Haunted Gym: Lastly, we'll celebrate Halloween with a spooky-themed gymnastics adventure. Children will crawl through "haunted house" tunnels and balance on "spider webs" (balance beams). They can hop like ghosts over mats and navigate around spooky shapes. Engaging Activities: Each themed session will include a variety of gymnastics activities tailored to preschoolers, promoting fundamental movement skills in a fun and safe environment. Equipment such as mats, beams, tunnels, and soft shapes will be used creatively to inspire imaginative play and physical development. Join the Fun! Parents and caregivers are invited to watch and cheer on their little gymnasts as they explore, learn, and grow in this dynamic class. Let's make this fall season unforgettable with laughter, movement, and lots of gymnastics adventures!
