Tuesdays July 2 , 2024 to September 10, 2024! From 3pm to 7pm
**NEW LOCATION** As we enter our fourth year running the Roudenbush Community Market we are excited to announce we will be moving the Market to a larger more accessible space on Fisher Way (next to Abbot School). The new location offers ample parking and space for additional vendors and food trucks We will still have the option to hold the Market in the gym of Roudenbush in case of bad weather (space may be smaller than outside area). This year, whole season vendors can purchase their space for the season and receive discount.

Advertising and Marketing
The Roudenbush Community Center has a weekly newsletter that is distributed every Tuesdays to over 6,000 emails. The Facebook pages of The Roudenbush Community Center and the Westford Community Market as well as our LinkedIn page, Twitter Feed and Instagram account will all be utilized to promote the Market and your goods. Westford CAT, Action Unlimited, Westford Friends and Neighbors Publication, as well as multiple social media pages and groups will also be used to promote the Community Market.
Vendor Eligibility
The Westford Community Market is for small businesses and farms to sell anything the make, bake, grow and sell. Vendors must offer products for sale to the Westford Community. If you are looking to promote a business please see the Market Sponsorship application. If you have a questions about your eligibility please contact Roudenbush.
Non Profit Vendor Eligibility
We welcome local non profits to come and share their mission and how they help the Westford Community. Please contact Roudenbush to inquire about your space!
Please purchase the amount of weeks you would like to attend:
Option #1 - Whole season - 11 weeks - ($350 per space)
Option #2 - 1/2 season is 6 weeks ($200 per space)
Option #3 - Weekly - ($35 per space)*
*Must be purchased in advance we will not be accepting checks and or cash on site the day of the Market.
All sales are final, please ensure you are eligible to sell your products with the Westford Board of Health before applying for a spot(for food and body care items).
Once your application is approved, the Market Manager will confirm dates and send invoice for payment.
