Community Market Application

Please fill out the this application / information form. You will receive a copy of our Rules and Polices, Indemnification and Waiver, for your review and signature. Please email a copy of your Insurance Certificate to the Roudenbush Community Center office (roudenbush@roudenbush.org). Confirmation of your spot will occur once all fees are paid to the Town of Westford and all applicable paperwork is submitted to Roudenbush and the Town of Westford Board of Health (if applicable). All vendors should grow, make, bake or create their products to be sold. You must sell an item to participate in the market. If you are looking to expand your customer base, please inquire about market sponsorship.

Please list ALL products to be sold at the Market.  This list will be shared with the community on our website and in our advertising.  Please write it as an advertisement. The list will also be shared with the Board of Health.

Upon submission of this application, you will receive an email with our rules and policies that must be completed and returned to Roudenbush before your application is accepted.  Please note Farm (farmers) will also receive an inventory list that must be completed and returned.  Thanks for joining us at the Roudenbush Community Market, you'll be hearing from us soon!
