About The Event

Caregiving takes heart, strength, and a lot of energy. In this fun, interactive, and practical seminar, Dr. Paige Ryan, PT—founder of Foundation First Physical Therapy—invites caregivers to explore the powerful concept of their personal “Energy Bank Account.” Using relatable stories, guided reflection, and even a little Monopoly money, participants will look at how everyday caregiving tasks create “withdrawals” on their energy—and how intentional self-care, routines, and community can make vital “deposits.”
This lighthearted, supportive workshop is designed to leave caregivers feeling seen, supported, and equipped with simple, sustainable strategies they can start using right away.
Participants will leave with:✔️ A clear picture of what drains vs. restores their energy✔️ A personalized action step to protect their energy✔️ A community-created list of “small, medium, and large” energy deposits to try at home
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, running on empty, or just ready for a reset—this session is for you.
