About The Event
Rachael will provide a basic overview of care options within our health care system and also discuss the psychosocial challenges faced by older adults. Additionally, there will be some focus on how caregivers can best support them- and themselves- through this process!
Rachael O'Toole is a clinical social worker and owner of True North Therapy here in Westford, MA. Rachael has many years of experience working in long term care settings and with geriatric populations. She has worked in long term care facilities, with long term care insurance, as well as acute care and hospice care. Rachael also brings her own personal experience to the conversation!
