Designed for little ones to build their strength, coordination, and confidence, each week introduces a new theme to make learning fun. Dr. Seuss Week Join us as we enter the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss! This week, your preschooler will be hopping like Horton, balancing like the Cat in the Hat, and crawling through an obstacle course filled with green eggs and ham! Through Seuss-inspired activities and creative movement, your little one will enhance their balance, flexibility, and motor skills all while engaging their imagination with beloved Seuss characters. Get ready for a lot of giggles and Seuss-tastic fun! Shamrocks & Shenanigans Week It’s time for a lucky adventure! In this week full of shamrocks, rainbows, and leprechaun mischief, preschoolers will practice their hopping, balancing, and rolling through a magical obstacle course. From rainbow jumping to bear crawls under "clovers," your child will develop coordination and strength while discovering the magic of St. Patrick’s Day. Expect a mix of silly fun and lucky skills to leave your child smiling! Out of This World Week Blast off into space with our out-of-this-world gymnastics week! Preschoolers will leap like they’re jumping on the moon, dodge asteroids, and roll through space tunnels. They’ll practice strength and flexibility as they reach for the stars in cosmic obstacle courses and movements designed to mimic the wonders of space. From “alien” crawls to star-shaped jumps, your child will feel like they’re in a galaxy far, far away while building key gymnastics skills. Teddy Bear Picnic Week Pack your teddy bear and get ready for a picnic full of gymnastics fun! This week, preschoolers will balance, crawl, and roll through teddy bear-themed activities, such as bear crawls, picnic blanket stretches, and teddy bear tosses. They’ll practice their coordination and balance as they pretend to be playful bears and learn new gymnastics Join the Fun! Parents and caregivers are invited to watch and cheer on their little gymnasts as they explore, learn, and grow in this dynamic class. Let's make this winter season unforgettable with laughter, movement, and lots of gymnastics adventures!
