Instructor: Ms. Kim Class: Preschool Gymnastics Session: January/February Date: Thursday January 8th - February 26th ***NO CLASS 2/19*** Time: 10:00am - 10:45am Age: BUSY BEES, LITTLE SPOUTS, RAINBOW ROOM STUDENTS ONLY Price: $140 FROST FAMILIES ONLY: FROST TEACHERS WALK STUDENTS OVER TO THE COMMUNTY CENTER TO THE GYMNASTICS CLASS Welcome to our preschool gymnastics class where we embark on an exciting journey through the winter months. Children will explore the wonders of the season through gymnastics activities designed to enhance coordination, balance, and creativity. Session Themes: Winter Wonderland: Welcome to our enchanting Winter Wonderland gymnastics class! This week, little gymnasts will embark on a snowy adventure filled with fun and movement. They’ll jump from snowflake mats, crawl through igloos, and balance like ice skaters on soft beams. Through imaginative play and winter-themed activities, children will enhance their coordination and strength while having a blast in this magical atmosphere! Penguin's Adventure: Dive into fun with our Penguin's Adventure gymnastics class! This playful session encourages kids to move like our favorite waddling friends. Toddlers will hop on heart-shaped mats, slide down icy slopes, and practice fun balance games. With soft penguin props and engaging activities, little gymnasts will develop their agility and teamwork skills while enjoying the joy of movement. Valentine’s Celebration: Join us for a heartwarming Valentine’s Celebration gymnastics class! This week, we’ll focus on friendship and sharing as little gymnasts participate in heart-themed obstacle courses, toss soft bean bags, and enjoy cooperative games. With colorful decorations and cheerful music, this class promotes not only gymnastics skills but also the joy of caring for one another. Let’s spread the love in this delightful, interactive session! I Love Gymnastics: Celebrate the joy of movement in our "I Love Gymnastics". This energetic session will have preschoolers exploring balance beams, practicing fun tumbling skills, and expressing their favorite gymnastics poses. Through games, music, and creative activities, children will build confidence and strengthen their skills while having a fantastic time. Let’s come together and share our love for gymnastics in this vibrant, fun-filled class! Join the Fun!


Policy & Procedures

WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATION POLICY: Our programs are supported entirely by participant fees; therefore, full refunds are not provided. If a participant withdraws at least 7 days prior to the program start date, a refund less a 25% processing fee will be issued. Withdrawals made fewer than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for events. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of a program will receive a 75% refund; no other refunds will be granted. If Roudenbush cancels a class, participants will be notified and issued a full refund or voucher. RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR MINOR: I/We, as the parent or legal guardian of a registered minor, consent to the child’s participation in The Roudenbush Community Center, Inc. (TRCCI) programs and use of TRCCI facilities and equipment. I/We agree to release and hold harmless TRCCI, its employees, agents, and assigns from any liability arising from participation in these programs. I/We further consent to emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness during program participation and accept financial responsibility for such treatment. PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSION: I/We consent to the taking of photographs and videos of my/our child for use in the promotion of TRCCI programs. BEHAVIOR POLICY: Children are expected to treat instructors, staff, peers, and the facility respectfully; use kind words; keep hands and feet to themselves; follow instructions; participate safely; remain in designated program areas; and use materials appropriately. Instructors address behavior concerns using a supportive, step-by-step approach that may include reminders, redirection, brief cool-down periods, parent or guardian communication, early pickup, or removal from future classes if behavior repeatedly impacts safety or learning. Refunds for removed participants will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A child may be removed immediately if behavior poses a danger to themselves, other participants, or staff. In these cases, the child will be brought to the Community Center’s main office and parents or guardians will be contacted for prompt pickup. Families play an important role by reviewing expectations with their child, sharing relevant information or accommodation needs, and remaining reachable during class times. Roudenbush welcomes children of all abilities and backgrounds and strives to provide reasonable accommodations to ensure a safe, fun & enriching experience for everyone.
