Class: Exploring the Animal Kingdom Instructors: Athena Coding Staff Thursdays/January 8th - March 5th/5:30 - 6:30/K - 8th Grade/$250 (NO CLASS 2/19) Discover wildlife and habitats through fun activities. In Exploring the Animal Kingdom, students embark on an exciting journey into the diverse world of wildlife. This program introduces young learners to zoology through hands-on activities and engaging projects that bring animals to life. Participants investigate a variety of species—from tiny insects to majestic mammals—by observing behaviors, learning about their anatomical features, and simulating field research. Through interactive experiments and creative exploration, students discover how animals adapt to their environments and contribute to vibrant ecosystems. This dynamic experience not only sparks curiosity and fosters a love of nature but also lays a strong foundation for future scientific inquiry and conservation efforts. Athena Coding’s science educators inspire curiosity about animals, ecosystems, and conservation. Through hands-on experiments, multimedia lessons, and storytelling, we help students connect with nature, understand ecosystems, and develop empathy for the environment.
