About The Event
A progressive program with a focus on building good basic skills on floor, beam, bars, and vault. Activities help build coordination, flexibility, and strength through obstacle courses and skill building. Listening, following directions, and safety are emphasized.
Session 2: November - December
Sundays 4pm - 5pm 6 Weeks - November 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, December 8th 15th *No Class December 1st.
Mondays 4:15pm - 5:15pm 6 Weeks - November 4th, 18th, 25, December 2nd, 9th, 16th *No Class November 11th.
