I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition (BCHN®) through the National Association of Nutritional Professionals (NANP®) and Holistic Nutrition Credentialing Board (HNCB®) and an AIP Certified Coach. One of my passions is to educate families on how to transition from a Standard American Diet (SAD) to a healthier, more nutritious diet. Teaching families how to interpret ingredient lists and nutrition labels makes the transition to planning and preparing healthier meals easier. In recent years I have worked with many one-on-one clients, taught online as well as in-person nutrition classes, and developed a number of short presentations and workshops addressing various health and nutrition topics. My past experience in education and management help to round out my skills in educating and guiding individuals to achieve optimal health through nutrition, movement and emotional wellness.
