Session 1: 5 weeks: January 13-February  14

Session 2: 7 weeks: February 24-April 11

Session 3: 8 weeks: April 22-June 17

Baby Class 1 - Ages 3 months -crawling

Caregivers actively participate with their child guiding them through simple exercises to help them gain body awareness and coordination. Circle time is a part of this class along with the added benefit of caregivers meeting local friends.

Crawling 1 - Ages crawling - walking

Caregivers actively participate with their child guiding them through simple exercises, obstacle courses, climbing, and balancing activities to help them gain body awareness and coordination. Circle time is a part of this class along with the added benefit of caregivers meeting local friends.

Tumbling Toddlers 1 - Ages walking - 2.5

Caregivers actively participate with their child guiding them through simple exercises, obstacle courses, tumbling, climbing, jumping, and balancing activities to help them gain body awareness and coordination. Circle time, free play, and parachute are all a part of this class.

Tumbling Toddlers 2 - Ages 2.5 - 3.5

Caregivers actively participate with their child guiding them through simple exercises, obstacle courses, tumbling, climbing, jumping, and balancing activities to help them gain body awareness and coordination. Circle time, free play, and parachute are all a part of this class.

Frost Gym - PreK, Rainbow Room, Little Sprouts

A special class offered to students at Frost Childcare. An introduction to formal gymnastics. Basic skills and body awareness are taught on floor, beam, bars, and vault through exercises, obstacle courses, and fun games. Listening, following directions, taking turns, and safety are all a part of this class.

Preschool 1 - Ages 3.5-5

Boys and Girls learn gymnastics skills on floor, uneven bars, balance beam, and vault. Activities help build coordination, flexibility, and strength through obstacle courses and skill building. Listening, following directions, and safety are emphasized.

Elementary 1 - Grades K-2

A progressive program with a focus on building good basic skills on floor, uneven bars, balance beam, and vault. Activities help build coordination, flexibility, and strength through obstacle courses and skill building. Listening, following directions, and safety are emphasized.

Sundays 5:00-6:00pm

Mondays 5:30-6:30pm

Elementary 2 - Grades 3-5

A progressive program with a focus on building and improving skills on floor, uneven bars, balance beam, and vault. Activities help build coordination, flexibility, and strength through obstacle courses and skill building. Listening, following directions, and safety are emphasized.

Advanced 1 - Grades 1-7

An advanced program for gymnasts who want to work hard and likes a challenge. Flexibility and strength conditioning as well as learning more advanced skills will be offered.

Wednesdays 5:00-6:30pm

Thursdays 4:00-5:30pm

Tumbling 1 - Ages 5 & Up

A class for those that only want to tumble. Stretching, conditioning, and tumbling on the floor will be the focus of this class. Cartwheels, Handstands, Back Walkovers, Front Walkovers, and Back Handsprings, and more!

Thursdays 7:00-8:15pm
