Vendor Responsibilities

🎁 The Holiday Market - December 1, 2024

  • Fill out Market Application

  • When approved pay Market fees

  • Fill out Market set up form below

  • Marketing - please be sure to share the Market event across your social media platforms, you will be supplied a vendor badge to share

  • Supply your own table(s), chair(s), extension cord(s)​ and labor

Market Timeline

🎁 The Holiday Market - December 1, 2024

  • 10:00 pm - Doors open for set up, please check in with Roudenbush staff members on site for your location and if you need assistance setting up your booth

  • 11:45 am - 15 minutes until doors open announcement please be ready to welcome your shoppers.

  • 12:00 pm - Doors open to shoppers. 

  • 3:45 pm - Shoppers told Market will close in 15 minutes

  • 4:00 pm - Market ends - please do not leave or begin packing up until 4:00 pm

  • 5:45 pm - Clean up completed

 

Please Note: bathrooms are located on each floor.
