About The Event
Find balance as the seasons change and achieve a new level of physical, emotional and mental well-being. This practice will be led in the Kripalu tradition which is a gentle, meditative style of yoga where each student is guided to move at their own pace, honoring their body's needs in each moment. It is a compassionate, non-judgmental self inquiry. You will be offered options to modify and challenge yourself or not, making this class appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners. Make-up options are available for missed classes.
The Instructor, Marie Marchand is a certified professional level Kripalu yoga teacher and has been teaching in the Lowell area for over 15 years. Her intention as a teacher is to create a welcoming environment for students, to guide them inward to connect with their own deep inner experience and to help them find their own authentic path to well-being and vitality through the philosophies and practices of yoga and meditation. She believes yoga has something to offer everyone and strives to make yoga accessible to all.
