About The Event

There is another way. Lifestyle, cognitive, kind and effective weight loss training. This is a two-part program with the first focusing on recreating a new way to see yourself, this issue and the world. Then, once you are strong and feel good, we begin to work on the process which will last as you work in web/in-person small groups for coaching, behavioral management, support and consistency. It is comprehensive, holistic and powerful. It can be a first-time or a last time weight loss. 

When you have a challenging relationship with weight loss, people can feel like they can’t win. The sad part is that people with additional body weight make a judgment on themselves and hurt their self-kindness. In fact, additional weight is just another problem with a solution for everyone. There is no life sentence that says you must carry extra weight for the rest of your life. If you have been unsuccessful, it is probably just the system that you used. 

We are a long-term weight loss and healthy lifestyle program. Many times people want instant weight-loss and we are filled with the combination of anger for the condition and slight hope and pride that we are starting again. We rebuild new identities, learn skills to make progress easier and when we feel strong and confident, we attack with goals which feel good and apply an inventory of tools. This is designed for people who swing between weight-loss and gain. Here is how this will help you:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

Cancellation Policy - I/We accept the following Roudenbush Community Center Cancellation and Transfer Policy:   A voucher less $10 will be issued for cancellations 7 days prior to start of program;     no other refunds will be granted;   no refunds will be issued for trips or special events;   there will be a $10 fee to transfer from one class to another;   vouchers expire one year from date of issue;   if Roudenbush cancels a class, we will call participants and issue a full voucher or refund. 

Release of Liability for Minor - I/We, as parents/guardians of registered minor, hereby consent to his/her participation in the RCC Programs and to his/her use of the RCC facilities and equipment.  I/We further agree to release and hold harmless RCC and their employees, agents and assigns from any and all liability or expenses arising out of any incident involving, or any account of any injury to the above named minor in connection with such program.  I/We further consent to emergency treatment by a physician in the event of injury to, or illness of our child during his/her participation in this program.  I/We accept full responsibility for all costs for any such emergency treatment. 

Photography Permission - I/We, as parents/guardians of registered minor, hereby consent to the taking of videos and photographs of my/our child which may be used in the promotion of the RCC Programs.
