**Room confirmation will be based on availability. Roudenbush Staff will contact you to confirm room and date availability and discuss rental rates. After rental dates and fees are determined you will receive an invoice, the 50% confirmation deposit will be due upon receipt and the remainder of the fee is due 5 days prior to the rental. If the confirmation is made within 72 hours or less of the rental the entire rental fee is due upon receipt. Please check off all terms below:
