To secure room, rentals require full payment of which $25 is non-refundable (cash or check only)
Once RCC has received a signed contract and payment, the following cancellation policies apply:
- Cancellation more than 30 days in advance of the rental date, the entire payment is refunded minus $25 deposit.
- Cancellation less than 30 days but more than 14 days in advance of the rental date, 50% of the total rental fee is refunded minus $25 deposit.
- Cancellation 14 days or less of the rental date, no payment is refunded.
