Full payment is due at registration.

Party Room, Gym or Combination (2 hour minimum) $45.00/hr
Meeting Rooms – first floor & gym $45.00/hr
Meeting/Class Rooms – second floor $35.00/hr
Charge for staff & rooms when building is not otherwise opened $75.00/hr

Rental Policy

To secure room, rentals require full payment of which $25 is non-refundable (cash or check only)

Once RCC has received a signed contract and payment, the following cancellation policies apply:
 
  • Cancellation more than 30 days in advance of the rental date, the entire payment is refunded minus $25 deposit.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days but more than 14 days in advance of the rental date, 50% of the total rental fee is refunded minus $25 deposit.
  • Cancellation 14 days or less of the rental date, no payment is refunded.
If RCC is able to re-rent the space, 100% will be refunded minus $25 deposit.
