Registrations are accepted for Community Education programs on a first come, first served basis. Please visit our gymnastics page for registration policies for these high-demand classes.
How to Register?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover, cash and check (payable to TRCCI). Program prices appear as Non-Resident/Resident. Westford residents receive $3.00 discount. There is a $20 fee for checks returned by the bank.
OnLine – Locate your class in our online catalog, click on Register button and follow easy directions. Credit card payments only; you will receive immediate confirmation via email. This is a secured web site thru ValueWeb.
Mail – Complete the registration form, enclose check and mail to: RCC, 65 Main Street, Westford, MA 01886
Walk-In – Registrations are accepted in our main office anytime.
Phone – Registrations are accepted by phone only with credit card payment.
Fax – (978) 692-8054 – Fax registrations require credit card payment and must include card number, expiration date and signature.
Confirmation sent by email, or call for a mailed receipt.
Cancellations, Make-up Classes, Weather
Classes are not held on legal holidays. RCC reserves the right to cancel any course with insufficient enrollment within 7 days prior to class offering and to substitute, if necessary, for a listed instructor. In the event of a cancellation or make up, we notify participants using phone numbers provided us. To avoid cancellations, we suggest registrations be completed 7 days before start date. Any weather related delay will be made up if possible, or a credit will be given. Please call the main office for information or check our website for related details.
Refund and Transfer Policy
When a student withdraws from a course, instructional and operational costs must be met:
If you withdraw at least 7 days in advance of the class start date a refund less a $10 processing fee for every withdrawal OR a course voucher for the full amount will be given. Please allow 4-6 weeks to process refund.
If withdrawn less than 7 days and we are able to fill the vacancy from a waiting list, a voucher will be issued. If the vacancy cannot be filled, no refund or voucher will be given.
If Roudenbush must cancel a class, we call participants and issue a voucher. Absolutely no refunds will be given after a class starts; with the exception of extended illness or injury, in which case, we must be notified immediately with a doctor’s note.
We cannot issue refunds for ticketed or special events.
If you transfer from one class to another, there is a $10 fee.
Instructors
Most are independent contractors. Curriculum is their responsibility & learning rests with the teacher and students.
