An introduction to formal gymnastics. Basic skills and body awareness are taught on floor,beam,bars & vault though exercises, obstacle courses and fun games. Listening,following directions,taking turns & safety are all part of this class.

In this brand new class you'll learn to tumble, balance and swing during a 40 minute gymnastics class and then head upstairs to make and take home a new craft each week.

Boys & Girls learn beginning gymnastics skills on floor, balance beam, uneven bars and vault while also building coordination, flexibility and strength through obstacle courses and fun activities. Listening, following directions and safety are also part of this class.

A progressive gymnastics program with an emphasis on building good basic skills. Children will build greater strength, flexibility and coordination while learning skills on floor exercises, balance beam, bars, and vault. Children are split into groups based on their ability.

This class is for serious gymnasts who have mastered the Beginner/Advanced Beginner class. Gymnasts will work on more advanced skills, and routine development as well as flexibility & strength conditioning. Permission of an instructor.

A special gymnastics class offered for students at Frost Day Care. Children will learn beginning gymnastics skills on all apparatus,through fun activities.

A Competitive year long program for serious gymnasts who are ready to learn routines and compete in gymnastics competitions. Gymnasts will compete at the Prep-OP Rookie,Novice or Intermediate level. The required USAG membership is included in the cost of the program. There will be additional fees for team uniforms and competitions. Permission of an instructor or try-out is required to join the Roudenbush Team. September-June.
