When does the brochure come out?
Our brochure is mailed three times per year, fall, winter and spring. You can always find a current issue at our website www.roudenbush.org. Our brochure is mailed out to each Westford resident, but, if you find you need another copy, please download from our website.
I just realized I have a conflict with a class; can I cancel out?
Before a class begins, we commit to Instructors regarding enrollment. In other words, we pay for your spot and instructors purchase materials. If you withdraw 1 week in advance, we will issue a voucher for the full amount, good for 1 year. No vouchers will be issued less than 1 week prior. If you miss a class, unfortunately, it cannot be made up.
How do I know if a class is full?
You can see if a class is open to register or full on our website at www.roudenbush.org. Next to the course title you will find “Register” or “Class Full”. If a class is full, please call us at 978 692-5511 and we will place your name on a wait list. If a class has not met sufficient enrollment and must be cancelled, we will return your check, within a 4-6 week period.
It is snowing out! Will class be held?
Unless it is a severe storm, we remain open. If classes will not be held we will post details on the website www.roudenbush.org, and a message will be on our phone system.
My child is not quite the age recommended for the class, can my child still join?
Instructors thoughtfully plan age guidelines. By adhering to these age/grade levels, the child will be comfortable physically and socially. We ask you to observe the recommended age level.

Online registration at www.roudenbush.org, is quick and easy; you can register with Visa, MasterCard or Discover. You will receive an emailed confirmation. This is a secure site.
