This class is for students new to Pilates. Students will learn proper posture and muscle engagement to gain maximum benefit from each movement. We allow time for each student to think about the movements and develop body awareness. Most movements are followed by a stretch of the same muscle allowing the student to recuperate before proceeding to the next. This is a great workout , at an easy pace, for every muscle in your body. Bring a mat, water and large towel.

Bollywood dancing, Bhangra and Indian folk dances are some of the hottest dances around. The dances are a fusion of traditional, folk and classical Indian dances with the influence of some hip-hop and modern dance. GENTLE YOGA

Gentle Yoga is a manageable and slower paced yoga practice for anyone who is either physically active or hampered by temporary or chronic limitations. Guided by breath, we will focus on postures that will help you move easily and maintain a positive attitude long after the practice is finished.
It is a great way to start your day! Please bring a yoga mat or exercise mat and a beach towel to use as a prop. Wear comfortable clothes and eat lightly 2 hours before class.

This course for the intermediate or advanced student recognizes a level of experience with Pilates: the movements, the muscles engaged and the proper posture. The pace is faster than the Beginning Pilates class and the number of times each exercise is done is increased. Half or more of the class will focus on abdominals and the remaining time on back, leg and arm muscles. Bring a mat, water bottle and large towel.

Yoga for parent/caregiver and babies ages 3 months to almost walking. With babies in laps, arms or lying on the mat you and your baby practice yoga together. This class is designed to offer the parent/caregiver a workout and encourages your baby to gently move through their natural range of motion helping their little muscles develop. Yoga, your voice, touch and smile will enhance the natural bond between you and your happy, healthy baby.

Learn Tae Kwon Do with an experienced instructor who teaches traditional forms and self-defense in a non-contact, supportive and fun class. Courtesy, integrity, discipline, perseverance, and indomitable spirit are the tenets of Tae Kwon Do and are the natural outcome from the practice of this art. Open Enrollment is in Septermber and February only. Ongoing sessions will be available for students ages 6 and up. Students receive instruction from the lead instructor, other black belts and from advanced students in a cooperative, fun and progressive environment.
