Are you tired of struggling to lose weight and keep it off? Do you long to be free of food cravings and stress-driven eating? Do you want the slimmer body, increased energy and improved well-being that can accompany healthy weight loss? Attend this seminar and learn eating strategies and mind-body techniques that will help you end your struggle with food and weight.

This seminar will end with a group hypnosis session, utilizing the incredible power of the sub-conscious mind to make deep and lasting healthy lifestyle changes. Please bring a mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort.

About the Instructor:
Weight Loss Coach Terry L Currier author of Waist Management - provides information, motivation, tools and techniques for those who long to end their struggle with food and weight. Testimonials from past participants:
I can't believe it but, since attending Terry's seminar, food no longer holds the pull that it did. I can walk by chocolate and ice cream without caving in to it, without feeling an agonizing struggle or denial. And I can even take a bite of chocolate without needing more. Food is no longer for comfort, bingeing, and self-loathing. It is just food.
Thank you so much. Elaine A.

Terry's program exceeded my expectation. The information and EFT technique were valuable new learning. I am happy to have a remedy to interrupt my dysfunctional behavior.
Thank you! Ellen H.

Your dog has an amazing nose! This class offers an introduction to the exciting dog sport of K9 Nose Work. Based on professional detection dog training techniques, K9 Nose Work is fun for dogs of all breeds, ages and personalities. In the foundation course, we reconnect with your dog's innate abilities to sniff and to hunt through a series of exercises designed to develop independent hunting and problem solving skills. At the same time, you will begin to develop your skills as a handler by observing your dog's behavior while they are working scent. K9 Nose Work classes are a great way to offer your dog both physical and mental stimulation, and it's a game you and your dog can play for life!
